WINERY
Vall de Baldomar is a family winery. Its origins go back to the 1980s, when it was a simple hobby that would eventually become a real passion; the earth was to blame for everything!
In the embrace of the Montsec mountain range and the Segre river, a small valley is formed with a special microclimate for the cultivation of vines. The winter is harsh and cold and the summer is dry and very hot, although the maximum and minimum temperatures between day and night are important.
We have our own plantation of 14 hectares and 8 hectares of controlled vineyard, which belongs to winegrowers in the area with whom we have maintained a close relationship since 1989, which was the year we produced our first “Cristiari” wine.
