Vall de Baldomar presents an enogastronomic proposal to immerse oneself in the Friendly Valley, between the Segre River and the Montsec Mountains, through the senses. The experience begins with a guided tour of the family cellar started by Hermenegildo Porta in the 1980s, a traditional construction among vineyards with a small underground barrel room. The pairing of three wines with artisan cheeses from the Clua Cheese Factory or coca de recapte (local pastry) baked in the village oven completes the activity.
Enjoy a winery visit combined with local artisan products and carefully selected wines in an authentic food and wine experience.
