Hospitality and Tourism School

The School of Hospitality and Tourism of Lleida celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2016, marking a quarter-century of training professionals in the hospitality and tourism sector in the city of Lleida.

It is a public vocational training center under the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The educational project began in 1990 with the aim of filling a gap in vocational education in the regions of Lleida and ensuring the demand for professionals in the hospitality and tourism sector.

Currently, the school offers a wide range of educational programs focused on vocational training in Hospitality and Tourism and Food Industries.

The pedagogical restaurant, managed by the students themselves, has a capacity for 20 diners. Periodically, a menu is designed featuring seasonal and local products, with preparations finished in the dining room. The gastronomic proposal includes a cocktail accompanied by appetizers, a cold and a hot starter, 2 main courses, one fish and one meat, and finally desserts and coffee. The wine list primarily offers a selection of products from the D.O. Costers del Segre, with touches from other wine regions.
