Two of life's great pleasures fused through a unique experience where, thanks to the collaboration of chocolate maker Iván Pascual, we will discover the different secrets of the origin of cocoa and how the different nuances can result in an ideal pairing with some of our wines. The activity will consist of a visit to the winery, where we will learn about the project, and we will delve into the world of cocoa through the bean to bar concept. We will finish with a guided pairing of four cocoas from different origins with four of our wines (two reds, one white, and one sweet).
