The Clos Pons winery is a refuge where the love for the land and the worship of the senses soar among vineyards, olive and almond trees. Situated in the heart of the Garrigues, the Clos Pons winery is a stone and wood construction that welcomes visitors from all over to live a unique experience.

Architecture, landscape and organic vineyards in Les Garrigues

We cross the Albagés and the olive groves give way to a breathtaking landscape: a hill surrounded by organic vineyards and crowned by a stone and wood construction inspired by the wineries of California, Australia or New Zealand. The winery is imposing and welcoming at the same time, respecting the natural environment in the heart of the Garrigues. From the terraces that surround it, we see how the vineyards change colour before becoming one of the six Clos Pons wines.

A space designed for experience and the senses

The windows of this refuge situated at an altitude of 500 metres establish a dialogue between the landscape and the winery that does not leave anyone indifferent. Its minimalist interiors, which preserve the traditional essence of the Garrigues, host all kinds of events, from presentations to gatherings, meetings or reflection days. Its wooden doors are opened every weekend to welcome visitors from all over, willing to live a unique experience for the senses.

Olive oil tourism, wines and family tradition at Clos Pons

Any visit to the winery begins with a brunch based on the typical products of the area. The oil is the protagonist of the meal and the origin of the family business. With four generations behind them, their liquid gold is present in more than 140 countries and they also project their wine brand, which is younger but still a benchmark of quality within the D.O. Costers del Segre at an international level. By tasting each product carefully selected by the hosts, we begin our journey through the winemaking process.

Wine tastings and connection with nature

From the room where we taste the wines during the final tasting, we simultaneously see the barrels maturing the wine and the vineyard fields that stretch across the plain. The origin and the end of the whole process are blurred and turn the space into the ideal location to disconnect and enjoy the spectacle of nature.
