The gastronomic concept is associated with traditional, original, fresh, natural, and authentic cuisine, with the essence of the old Reng market of Balaguer. The Reng market was the former market space of Balaguer dating back to 1803, where fruits and vegetables from the orchards of Balaguer, the Reng, were traded.
