In L’Albagés, in the heart of Catalonia, Cuadrat Valley is one of the main olive-growing areas within the Les Garrigues PDO. It is in this privileged setting—where the art of dry-stone walling is recognized as UNESCO cultural heritage—that we aim to preserve the tradition of producing exceptional olive oils.

Meet Cuadrat Valley, a project rooted in L’Albagés that keeps the olive-growing tradition of Les Garrigues alive. Its olive oils are produced in its own mill using local varieties, innovation and respect for the land.
