ENTITY

Vilosell is one of the most beautiful villages in the Garrigues region, with a permanent population of 200 inhabitants. Located about 3 km from the Sierra de la Llena, it is surrounded by a very attractive landscape. The village as a whole is interesting, preserving its cobbled streets and inviting visitors to enjoy the peace of the surroundings. Some remains of the ancient castle, a Romanesque gateway, and a Baroque parish church are preserved in the village. There is a Gothic stone cross from the 14th century in front of the Hermitage of Sant Sebastià and the Baroque hermitage of Sant Miquel de la Tosca, located in a place called les Fontetes, 3 km from the village. You can visit a private collection dedicated to agriculture (tel. 973 1752 19) by appointment.

El Vilosell is a charming small village in Les Garrigues, known for its stone streets, historical heritage and peaceful natural surroundings. Its calm atmosphere, together with nearby wineries and wine-related experiences, makes it an ideal destination for a different kind of getaway. This village is part of the Lleida Wine Route, bringing together authenticity, culture and wine tourism in a rural setting.
