In the old town of Cervià de les Garrigues, land of olive oil, artisan bread, caramelized almonds, and good wine, you will find the restaurant Els Fogons de la Carme.

The gastronomic proposals are based on the recipes of our land but with an innovative touch.

Traditional cuisine, patiently cooked and with extra virgin olive oil from the fields of Cervià as the protagonist, which you can enjoy both in the main dining room, in the cellar, and on the terrace during the magical summer nights. The three spaces allow us to combine charming dinners or family lunches.

The restaurant has 14 years of experience and since January 2019 under new management.

It has recently been awarded the Virgen Extra Restaurant seal and the Repsol Solete.

Its current managers, chef Juan Miguel and head of the room Maria, have been and continue to defend local products and bet on the territory.
